How to add a file from Microsoft 365 in the Rich Content Editor in Canvas

Embedding a file

Click on the Apps Icon in the Rich Content Editor.

Select Microsoft 365 from the drop-down.

Note: if this is your first time using Microsoft 365 in the Rich Content Editor, you will need to select View All, then select Microsoft 365 from the list of available apps. 

 

A window will open with your OneDrive.

Select the file from your OneDrive that you would like to add, then click Attach File.

 

The file will now be linked on the page.
