What is a Panther DEN?

A Panther Den (Digital Environment) is a space in Canvas that can be used for a department space, campus club or group. For example, we have a French Club, Art Department Minors Group, and Music Technology Student Group. 

It's simply a blank course that can be used for many different purposes. Here are some examples of ways others have used Panther Dens

• a knowledge base of instructions or policies for a department.  
• a space to share documents and communicate for a Chapman club or organization
• a collaboration space for a group of instructors who want to start a Professional Learning Community (PLC) on a specific topic
