Uploading Syllabi to the Syllabus Archive

Chapman University maintains a syllabus archive of all syllabi for assessment and accreditation purposes. It is also available to Chapman students, faculty and staff, which is very helpful for students who need to find a syllabus if they transfer schools, or if it is requested by a graduate program.

In order to keep the archive up to date, please make sure your syllabi are uploaded to the online syllabus page. You may do this by logging into the syllabus upload page and selecting the appropriate term for your academic unit in the “Filter by Term” section, then the correct subject for your course in the “Filter by Subject” section.  If you are having difficulty please ask your department assistant to assist you with uploading your syllabus. Please make sure your syllabi are uploaded under their correct academic term.

Detailed instructions are available under the “Help Tab” on the syllabus upload page.  FYI: This is a good time to catch up and upload syllabi from previous terms that might still be missing.

These syllabi are behind a firewall, so they are not available to the general public with the exception of the Law School syllabi which are available to the public.  If you have any questions regarding this message, please direct all inquiries to Dr. Nina LeNoir.
