Sharing Your Course With Another Instructor

When it comes to course design, two or more heads can be better than one! Is there a way to share or copy content from one instructor to another?

Briefly,

the person with the existing course is going to Export the content. This is like creating a backup file of the course.
The person with the Export file will then email* that file to the person who wants to use the course.
Then the person who wants it is going to Import the content from the saved file.

Student content (such as enrolled students and student grades) is not copied to reduce the risk of FERPA/privacy issues.
The Export will be the entire course; however, the Import can be the whole course, or selected pieces or content. (For example, Instructor B wants to copy Instructor A's modules but not A's quizzes or assignments. Instructor A exports the course, sends the exported course file to B, and B imports only the modules.)

*The Outlook file limit size is 200MB. Depending on the size of your course the file may be quite large and Outlook may not be able to send the file. In this case please upload the export file to either Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive to share the file.
